It is same size. But if talking about quality- Sirena I a piece of garbage. Invest into Rainbow or Hyla, save yourself lots of headache with this company. Their customer service horrible. P.S. I am Sirena owner I know what am I talking about.

Yes it can run on low indefinitely.

Q: Is the blue Sirena the same model as the black premium one that are both sold on Amazon?

These models are the same besides the connection to the power nozzle and color. The blue unit is an updated quick connect while the Black unit uses a power cord that plugs into the handle from the power nozzle.

Q: Can I add the attachments to the electrical hose with the handle instead of having to plug in the wet/dry hose?

Yes, All attachments besides the power nozzle can be used with either hose and wand. The Power nozzle can only be used with the electric hose.
