I love to drink a lot of herbal tea, and was frustrated by earlier teapots with hard-to-clean strainers. But this little spring-thingy coil that hooks into the spout makes the whole thing perfect. I've already found extra spout-strainers so I don't have to worry about losing the one that came with this. The pot is pretty, I can watch my tea brew, I pour boiling water into the kettle (I see that others say it can also go on a gas burner), and I love the 40 oz. size. Guessing it's probably fragile. I tend to shatter a glass teapot about once every two years, so I figure I can afford to re-buy when that happens.

I love drinking tea, and this is the most beautiful and most functional teapot I've ever seen.I can just throw in some mint from my garden, add hot water and after it cools down I can put it right in the fridge and have fresh cold water. And it's big enough for me to do large batches all at once.It looks delicate and elegant but it is very strong, and can handle both heat and cold, and it strains beautifully. Easy to clean too. I love it!

Love my Tea Pot. Loveeee it.I have a high volume gas range stove and this baby stand firm and did so well. Plus it is super easy to clean

I would give it 5 stars, as it is very easy to handle, easy to pour tea, and clean. However, the lid did come apart and broke within 2 months of moderate use. I did write the seller, but have not received a response. I am sharing the picture here.

Bought this product in February and it actually exploded on me last month. I didn’t use it often, which is why it lasted so long compared to other peoples reviews. The glass is really thin and it had a small crack on the handle when it arrived. I deem it usable, so I kept it instead of returning it. Stains very easily no matter how many times you wash it. I wouldn’t recommend this glass teapot if you’re looking for one.

I needed a smallish teakettle and I ordered this one and oh my do I love it. It is great for making tea loose or with bags. The little incert hold the loose tea in perfectly. When I use teabags I usually use two. It is the perfect size not to much and not to little. I love this teakettle so much I got another one for work. It cleans easy. It also looks very cute. Easy to use and easy to clean. I do not use it on the sotve top I cook water and pour it in.

Literally so cute! It is very durable, pours tea beautifully without any leaks. I was worried about how it would do with heat but have not had any issues so far. Definitely recommend!
