Works great! I hope it lasts for a long time. Feels good on your neck and shoulders. I wonder what other products the company makes? The design is perfect for someone doing it by themselves. I pts too bulky to travel with unless you’re traveling by car. Took my neck pain away. I like the rotation.

Bought this item as a Christmas Gift, all the hype from social media lived up through this item. The item has different style of speed at your choice, a heat level included to help with comfort, very easy to use and gives a great massage at free access which is some good value for money! The machine has a low noise level and the machine last up to about 10-15 minutes per massage. This machine has quite literally put myself and family members in a deep nap.

I really love this neck massager.I had a full back and neck massager that was not comfortable for me to use, it seemed to hit spots in my back that were uncomfortable and the neck aspect wasn't that effective.However this Neck Massager really, really, REALLY, works on my neck. It really loosens tight muscles when needed. It also can easily be moved to reach your lower head or base of your neck and even works great between the shoulder blades and lower back. Like I said I REALLY like this massager.However the controls are lacking in visual settings. There is a blue light that comes on when charging or using however that is the only visual indicator. There is no indicator as to what heat setting is on or what intensity.In conclusion this neck massager works really well but I can't give it 5 stars because you are guessing as to what settings are being used. They should use different light colors for the individual buttons like they do for heated vests to make this massager really perfect.

I purchased this massager for lower back and left shoulder pain and it has worked wonders! I never knew the pain I was feeling could be caused by so many knots in my muscles! The deep tissue massage given is one of the best I’ve ever had. I could feel the knots being massaged away from my shoulder and my lower back. I’m usually not a DEEP TISSUE massage kind of gal, but I pushed through to see if my pain would be relieved. It didn’t disappoint! The massager shuts off after the recommended 30 min session.My initial massager arrived missing the charger, but it was nothing a chat with an associate didn’t fix; I had a new one delivered within 48 hours. Get the massager!

Friggen great!!Massage fingers are pretty hard, which I like.Pad fingers with a towel or something to soften them up a little. I have neck, back and shoulder issues.The fingers change rotation on their own or with a selector. Plus if heat is to much again use a towel.My son who is 30s athlete and my wife, old like me( upper 70s) both use it in much different ways.It definitely get a work out.

The machine died on me after 2.5 years. Does not charge

Excellent massager. It works on the base of your head, neck, shoulders. It's very easy to adjust the pressure and position via the little hand holds on the bottom. I love that I can charge it and use it anywhere without being tied to an outlet.

Feels like I'm getting a real massage, except I'm in control of where it's placed. It kneads very deep but I can control the pressure with the weight of my arms in the loops. I compared it to other neck massagers of this same type, and this did the best job with the least amount of noise, and with the most settings (3 different speeds vs. some others which only have 2 speeds). I'm glad I went for a cordless one because I can take this anywhere in my home and not worry about finding an open outlet. The battery life is pretty good, I get probably 4-5 30 minute massages out of it before needing to recharge, which only happens every 5 days or so if I use it daily. It's been helping a lot with my shoulder and neck tension I experience on a daily basis--my chiropractor even told me those muscles are now a lot less tense than before.The heating aspect is hardly noticeable, but I don't mind that since I mostly bought it for the massaging capability. I can feel the heat more if it's right on my skin. You can adjust the heat too--settings are low, high, and off.The direction rotates every 30 seconds, but if you hit the directional button, it will change direction and stay that way until you hit the button again or turn it off. I use that feature a lot. The three speeds are nice but I tend to keep it on the main speed it's automatically on because it's just right.Note that the strength of the massage will weaken as the battery drains. Usually I don't notice a difference until it's almost out of battery (with maybe 30 minutes left), and even then, it still gives a great massage--and you can always increase the speed to compensate. You can avoid the weakening issue by keeping it charged or plugged in. I also don't notice a difference in strength when it's plugged in vs. unplugged with full battery, which is good.
