I am on keto diet, so this help me a lot my shakes. I use shakes as meal replacement once or twice a day, the only thing is that it seams the shaker material does not handle hot temperatures, because I use to put it in the microwave and the measurements are starting to be less clear

The measurement lettering faded off after a few washes in the dishwasher. I would not buy it again. I do like the screw on compartments, but the measuring should have been molded into the plastic instead of using a cheap paint.

Loved this cup until all the writing washed off! I didn't even have this cup for a full month yet...this is horrible.

I love the NutriShaker! It's very similar to the blender bottle but better. The two separate compartments make it very convenient to keep my preworkout mix and supplements handy.

I love this shaker! It is a great size, the mixing mechanism is different and better than any I have seen, and the extra compartments are exactly what I needed. The lid doesn't leak even with vigorous shaking. Good price too.
