Food Coloring AmeriColor Student - Kit 12 .75 Ounce Bottles Soft Gel Paste Colors

I didn't have much experience with food coloring and decided to give these a go. I was blown away by the quality of these colors, their vibrancy, ease of use, the variety of colors they have... I have had no issues with leakage, this is an incredible value for something you'll use for a long time. I can't recommend these highly enough.

New to using food coloring, but was thoroughly happy with the outcome. Easy to build up the color to get a perfect shade of what you’re looking for. Doesn’t make the frosting taste bitter. A little goes a long ways, so the size is not an issue. Packing was great, didn’t have any leakage. There’s a good variety in colors, especially for just starting out!

This food coloring is amazing! It is so bright and pigmented and a little goes a long way! I love them and will work perfectly for all my baking needs!

I used this originally for my son's mirror cake. Check out the picture for the teal and blue. I wish this set had white! The outer layer was a which chocolate ganache mixed with gelatin and the colors popped. When I used it to add color to the outside of merengue treats it worked very well.I went to use it with swiss merengue butter cream, pipping with the gel color painted in stripes for that multi color look while piping the frosting, and you can see the color separating. It did leave color yet I learned using oil based for the striping in the bag would work best.
