Crossfire Dual Tire Pressure Equalization System, 105 PSI, one per pkg. (CF105STABT)

The installation was easy and the product just works. I installed both sides in about 30 minutes. If you use the included brackets you must have way to remove a lug nut to secure the mounting. I installed on a Motorhome with chrome hub covers so I drilled a hole in the cover to install the product. There are two features that I really like. First, I can tell at a glance if the tire pressure is correct during my pre trip walk around. The unit face is a uniform color and there is even a line across the indicator at the exact pressure. I found this line to match the calibrated pressure gauge I use. The other great thing about the product is the ease of filling the tires. Duals are always a problem because the stem is always in an awkward position and you have to get in the dirt to inflate the tire. With this device installed the fill stem sticks directly outward near the hub. Filling is easier than most automotive tires.Finally, while I can not be sure it was the crossfire unit, I did get slightly better fuel economy on my most recent trip of 500 miles. Unfortunately, I did other things that may have increased mileage so I can not be sure (Aligned the front end, Increased inflation pressure, etc)One final note. I have a valve stem tire pressure monitoring system and it works just fine connected to the fill stem on the Crossfire. The dash display just shows a single tire in that position.,

I needed a way to make tire checks easier on a semi and multiple trailers. Thumping works ok, but these crossfire equalizers provide a quick visual go/ no go confirmation for the 16 tires I need to check quickly on a tractor trailer. Easy to install. They really do keep the pressures equalized, which should really help tire wear stay uniform over the life of a matched set of 8 tires. This product keeps your inner tires from being higher pressure than your outers after heavy brake use like going down a steep grade. When you do need to adjust air pressure, the Crossfire system cuts the number of valve caps you have to touch in half, and is much easier to reach.

I had the TA install the tire pressure monitoring system. At first the gages were off. Once I got down the road I check and they are right one. So nice being able to glance at the duels and knowing my tires are good.

I purchased this to use on my class a motor home that has hubcaps on the rear dual wheels.One fitting has a 180° fitting, making it difficult to fit.Seller says manufacturer does not recommend changing fittings.I took a photo of the pathetic installation, but lost it somewhere in the cloud, sorry.I procrastinated past return date, now I’m stuck with it.Shipping was very slow.

There's 2 purposes for these. 1 is to balance the pressure between the tires. This increases the tread life. I've had a set of these on my old truck and got 360K miles out of my drives and still had a lot left.The 2nd reason is to easily see that the tires are at the correct pressure. Unfortunately these are not showing the correct pressure. I ordered a TPMS system with these because I'll have hub covers and these will not be readily visible. The TPMS and my regular tire gauge show that the tires are at correct 105psi, yet the "cats-eye" shows they're all 5-10psi low

Bought new tires which run at a few pounds less than the old ones so had to buy new Crossfires. The other set were 8 years old. I'm close to 10 times that so checking and adjusting dual read tires on an RV is now a chore - except with Crossfires. One glance and I can see what condition the tires are in. Don't even put these in the same sentence with the cheap junk sold in RV stores and outlets. These are heavy duty professional quality devices and I have had no issues with previous pair and expect none with these.
