My son has eczema, and winters have always been the worst — dry skin, rashes, and constant itchiness. We’ve tried so many lotions, but Atopalm is the only one that actually keeps his skin moisturized all day without needing to reapply.We’ve been using this since he was 2 years old (he’s older now), and it’s been a game-changer for managing flare-ups and dry patches.✅ What I love:• Deep, long-lasting moisture• Gentle on sensitive, rash-prone skin• No strong fragrance — very kid-friendly⚠️ Downsides:• The tube is small for the price• Definitely on the more expensive sideBut if you care about quality over quantity, this is worth it. I’d rather use something that works once a day than cheaper options I have to reapply constantly.

I believe this particular lotion was used in a study that evaluated whether or not inflammation markers in the blood could be reduced by soothing skin irritation. As I understand it, the researchers had elderly people apply the lotion twice a day to their arms and lower legs. The hypothesis was that reducing minor skin irritation and maintaining the skin barrier could be beneficial in reducing inflammation and this would improve overall health.Does it work? Maybe. I know that when I reminded my mom to use it every morning and evening for a couple of weeks her skin condition appeared significantly improved. But she felt it was too much trouble to use so I gave up. I am using the lotion now and I think it is very emollient. Pleasant light scent. Non greasy. I can’t imagine why she felt it was too much trouble to apply, especially in light of how much better her ankles looked when she was regularly using it.

Feels great, not too sticky - hopefully time will tell if it is 'working' ...but after just a couple uses i do feel my skin LOOKS slightly "healthier"

I’ve been using this product for a long time. It really helped moisture my baby’s skin. I love this product and I ordered at least two times a month. But the price went up to $40. I bought this for $29 before. Now I need to change to another product because it became so expensive.

Making a change to my review from 5 stars to 3 after finding out I was scammed. I do not appreciate opening the bottle to find a puffed up plastic bag inside.I opened the bottle because it felt like the lotion got used really quickly and that should not have been the case, so i opened it to see if thestraw was just short, as some product bottles do have(annoying). That was the case. The straw only is about half way of the bottle length.But to find the puffed up bag inside is a whole new level of scam I was not prepared for LOL!! bvs.The product is a good product, as is the face cream i use from this company. However,I paid $22 for air where product should be?!This alone will cause me never to buy the product again.WHY IS THERE A PUFFED UP AIR BAG INSIDE THE BOTTLE!!

This is a wonderful cream. It’s rich and moisturizing without feeling oily, and lasts all day.

Winter weather is hard on hands. I have had trouble with cracking and drying but not this year. I would recommend you try this product no matter how dry your skin may be. I am pretty sure it would solve most dryness on your skin. Try it out!
