Product is good, Quality is also nice, not useful for me because of high hills at corner
The deliver product is different from showing on site, deliver item has high hills edge on the corner, "i want plain one", which don't have corners office chair TILT Control Mechanism, because it goes behind the chair under the metal plate before fitting screw. (please see picture for attached for reference)if possible please send replacement which don't have edge on the corner, a plain one!

Good replacement at affordable price
So far so good.. was able to fix my broken chair. Could have been better in terms of plate thickness and finishing. Some rough edges around which can bruise you if not handled carefully
