Quarks and Leptones: An Introductory Course in Modern Particle Physics

An extremely useful book (once I did a semester of Field Theory).

The statndard textbook on elementary particles course we had in university. Excellent.

I used this book for an independent study in particle physics and found it clear and concise. my background: Quantum 1 and was currently taking Quantum 2

I liked the concise approach, covering most essential aspects of modern particle physics. The problems were at the right level for an introductory text.

Arrived just in time. It is OK.

Good book for this subject and in line with expectation, new status and good preserved.

Very good book in introductory particle physics. It also introduces basic concepts of Relativistic QFT. With hints and solutions to most exercises. It would be a good combination with Griffiths' "Introduction to elementary particle physics". When you master these two, you can tackle easily more advanced texts!

This book is very great. The explanation is straighthrough right to the point without useless and confusing explanations. It is hard to find a book not too much simple and not too much mathematical and the way it is explained is very clear.

Ein hervorragender Einstieg in die QED – sehr empfehlenswert. Vor allem geeignet für Studenten der Teilchenphysik. Zwar alt, aber immer noch aktuell :-)
