V-Handle Lat Machine Accessory

It's sturdy but not very comfortable with a large amount of weight if you're looking for something to go around your neck for ab work cable pulling.

Finally a Reasonably priced wedge shaped row handle! This was one of the only two wedge shaped T-bar row handles I found on all of Amazon and all of eBay. And this one is less than half the price Of the “American barbell hard chrome solid seated row handle” Yes I had to tighten up some of the bolts, Yes the chrome is already flaking off in some spots, yes the rubber knurling hurts my hands a bit, but it’s quality made, has a rotating hinge, is the correct shape and heavy. I can really hit my lower back when doing seated rows now and I didn’t have to spend $95 to do it. This is hands down one of the best deals on amazon especially considering the gap between the cost of a standard row handle and a commercial grade one.

Bought this for my home gym. I have a titan finess cable trainer machine and needed a handle like this for low rows and lat pulldown. This attachment is basically commercial gym quality. Has multiple pivot points to help with comfort. Has a good weight to it and built well. I could see it lasting forever in a home gym. Grips could be a little better but for the money this thing is awesome. If you are looking for a quality low row handle thing thing will not let you down.

I've been using this rope for about 4 weeks. I'm not a fitness intellectual, rather I"m a 5 day a week for decades exericiser. I'm new to rope use too. My experience with the Valor Fitness MB-5 rope has been great. It's shorter than my fitness cetner's ropes, which I like. Initially, I wasn't sure if I'd that the shorter length. I'm happy with it. To keep my hands for sliding on it, I covered the rope with kitchen slider liners. That's worked great. I use the rope for a variety of pull downs/ups and horizontal moves. To date, I'm pleased and recommend it with at least a 4 and half to 5 star rating. I checked out several at my local fitness stores before I bought this one. I'm happy with my choice. Go for it!!

I was originally torn between getting a super basic v-bar or something like this Valor Fitness one. I'm incredibly glad that I opted for the later. It pivots great, sturdy, rust-free and looks to be able to last a lifetime. Highly recommend.

The ankle straps are well padded and comfortable. They are wide enough that pressure is applied evenly around the ankle. Each strap is sold separately so order 2 of them if you plan to work both legs at the same time. Clips are not included with the strap. Ordering a second set of clips will save time on your workout.

This is a very robust bar. It has rubber-like handles and rotates relative to the cable attachment. It is heavy and should last my lifetime. As a bonus a single hand attachment was included. I could not be more pleased.

This is a solidly built pull with great hand grips. You can't do any better for the price. I had been using a straight bar for seated rows, but for proper form and better blast to the mid back, you need one of these. I would give it 5 stars, but the hole to hook it to the lat machine is a little awkward to get on a clip quickly. But to solve that, just get an extra clip and keep it on the pull bar all the time, so no fumbling when you want to exercise your back.
