Women's Benton Springs Soft Fleece Vest

I love this vest. It's super warm and cozy and fits me perfectly. I have it in 4 colors! I am 5'10, 138lbs with a long torso.. although the xsm fits me better width-wise, it as of short. The small is perfect for layering. As you can see in my picture there is plenty of room for a bulkier jacket underneath.. but I usually find it warm enough (in CA) with just a long shirt!

Fits perfectly! I am 5,3" around 130lbs with a small bust and I got a small and it's just loose enough to wear with sweaters and hoodies comfortably and still be form fitting. Even zipped up with layers under it, it's perfect and not too tight. It washes really well and looks good as new when it comes out of the dryer. I got the charcoal heather which you can just about wear with anything, it's a nice dark grey. I will probably get this same one in more colors because it's so comfortable!

Columbia really knows how to make clothes for curvier women, though I do feel like the sizing runs small in most things. This, however, is roomier than I expected. I gained some weight, and I am not going to be able to cram myself into my old Columbia vest. Got the 2X, and it fits very well--I even have some room in the hip area. For your reference, I'm 245, 5'7", and pear shaped. It's gonna be a great go-to vest for those chilly soccer games!

I LOVE this vest. It is soooo comfortable. I got it in a medium after reading the reviews and looking at the size chart - I usually wear a Large. I am 170lbs, 5'7" and wear a 38D. It fits me perfectly. It is super flattering. Does not squish my boobs and lays nicely across my midsection. It is the perfect length - hits about 2 inches below my beltline. I like that it has pockets that zip shut and do not look bulky or bunchy across my stomach. It is very well made and warm. I have washed it dozens of times and it holds up well. No shrinkage, and no piling! Highly recommend this vest!

Love. Perfect. Lightweight but warm and perfect for being cozy but not looking bulky.I have two Benton zip jackets and two mighty light down jackets all in size small but they have a little exta room and I really didn't want this looking too loose so I ordered XS and it's perfect and I still have plenty of armpit room. For reference I'm 5'5" 125lbs

I bought this vest in medium when I was about 170lbs at 5 feet 6 inches tall. It fit great even over my big hips. I wore it a lot because it’s just the right layer for Texas winters is a chilly house. It wasn’t as soft as I thought it would be. It’s sort of a fleece material which I wasn’t in love with. I wanted a super soft vest but it still did the job!Unfortunately I had a baby and gained 25lbs and it doesn’t fit me now. My chest is a 38G so that plus the hips are the issue. But in general I do think Columbia runs a bit large.

I am a size 12/14 and am a 38C --- normally I always order XL but I read the reviews and ordered a L --- Not really expecting this to fit, or to be pretty tight in the chest/waist.Hey fits wonderfully! So glad I paid attention to the reviews. The length is great also. It seems to keep me pretty warm, but as the day gets sunnier I don't get hot. I have worn this at least 50 times and washed it 10 or so and it looks brand new. I do line dry however.

First of all, the fabric is really thin, so if you wear a patterned shirt under this it shows through. That means this is not very warm. Second, it is huge. I ordered the XS and I can pull an extra four inches in the back! The shape is boxy and so unflattering it only looks tolerable if I wear a super padded bra. Most women who wear XS do not have huge breasts, so I don't know why there is so much extra room. Because it is so bulky, it poofs out in front when I sit down. Also, the metal zippers on the side pockets clink when you move around. It is annoying. This is something I'll wear around the house but not out in public. It wouldn't be warm enough without a jacket, anyway.

I was very disappointed that with not much use over 3 months the cloth around the zipper is torn.. and as a result the zipper is stuck and cannot move up or down...so this jacket is already useless! I did not expect this quality from Columbia as I have over many years been buying several jackets from this brand and swear by their fleeces!

I was glad I bought this one because not all Columbia products fits my curvy body. I'm 5'6 and 162 lbs and I can still wear a bulkier sweater under and it doesn't look too tight. The pocket have zippers and my Iphone is now safe. I thought the fabric would have been thicker so it feels more like a layer if you want to wear it in colder weather or as a stand alone in warmer autumn and spring days. Columbia quality is there and plenty of colors to choose from. Great versatile sleeveless vest

The vest fit true to size for an M, however it was way too thick and warm for what I wanted it for (running in cooler weather and wearing it as a light layer around the house). The fibres were soft, but felt a bit plasticky. The colour is not a pure dusty rose, the way it appears in the picture, but rather a "dirty-graysh" shade of pink, which I did not particularly like.

The Columbia Benton vest is very comfortable to wear and keep you warm. I bought 3 different sizes for 3 individuals and they all fit perfectly. The colours are slightly off what they advertise them to be, so if you get a chance to see them in a store first, then check that the colour is what you really want. Great value for money.
