Can be used to help hold target stand steady.
I filled a 2-liter bottle with sand to hang low between the uprights, this makes the target stand significantly more stable in the breeze. Although, with a tall stand, a 15mph wind from fore or aft can still topple it. It and the CTK Precision target stand work great for me.It holds the neck of a 2-liter bottle slightly loosely, so, if you put an empty bottle on it, it could wave some in the breeze.The collar that rides on the customer supplied furring strip is perfectly easy to adjust for height.

Clever aqdd-on
Clever add-on but watch the tutorial on the manufacturer's website. The bottle holder hangs off the side of one uprigut.
