I got this book for my husband who was recently diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. If you know about this type of personality disorder, it is one where they subconsciously act impulsively or ruin a good thing thing happening /just happened to them & their loved ones. Kind of like taking a step back Everytime the family moved ahead. But this book is a simple read, he reads it all the time & swears it has helped him a whole lot. I notice a difference in his behavior and thought process as he is more aware of self sabotage and tries to avoid it at all costs. Book is awesome get it

Excellent bundle at a awesome price. It's not fact or fiction is just a really nice guy on how to live your life and how to get past things. I definitely recommend checking it out if you have in this world of depression or problems focusing on things in your wife such as goals or marriage maybe you can divorce

The book was easy to read but I feel like I got more out of it listening to the CreativeLive session he offered.
