The diffuser is bigger than I guessed from the photos, but it works better than I expected and it sits nicely on the stand. As soon as I turned it on, the plume of white mist rose from the top. The lights change and don't seem TOO bright and the stand is like a lazy susan turntable to get at the two rows of oils. I have already tried 3 of them and they are long-lasting and smell fragrant. I can't wait to try them all. The diffuser and stand look like carved wood, but are plastic. I like the feature that shuts off automatically, so I can enjoy using it in the background without having to remember to shut it off or unplug the unit. Things were well-packed so that not a single bottle or part was broken on arrival. Instructions/warnings were clear and helpful. The only drawing they omitted was the inside of the atomizer, but that was pretty easy to discern. Overall, I was pleased with ALL the pieces of this combination: diffuser, revolving stand, and many fragrant oils.

This the second time I bought this item. From the same seller. It is a birthday gift and my daughter loves it so much she ask to get it again from another room in the house.

The media could not be loaded. Although this was purchased on my birthday, I received it in late March. I've used it a few times and noticed recently that it would shut off after a few minutes. I always cared to empty it after each use and wipe it clean with a piece of paper towel so I didn't understand why it wasn't working longer.Anyway, I did a simple Google search and found the solution. It needs to be cleaned with white vinegar and water regularly to avoid oil buildup. I also noticed that many customers had the same issue.Here's a simple solution.How to CleanRemember to unplug your diffuser before cleaning.1. Fill your diffuser about halfway with clean water. Make sure you stop well below the max line.2. Add up to 10 drops of pure white vinegar. This will help in removing the oils that are stuck inside the diffuser and on the glass or plastic pieces.3. Let the diffuser run for about 3-5 minutes to allow the water-vinegar mixture to disperse throughout the unit and clean it.4. Drain the diffuser completely.5. Using a cotton swab dipped in vinegar, clean the tight spots and corners of the diffuser to make sure that no spots are left dirty.6. Rinse with clean water.7. Empty again and you’re good to go.8. Use a dry cloth, or more cotton swabs or cotton balls to wipe the diffuser and dry it thoroughly.I am familiar with essential oils as I've been using them since 2018. I can confidently say that these are original essential oils as I have to dilute them with a carrier oil before I can use them on my skin. If not, they cause a burning sensation and irritate my skin.My only complaint is that Rose Oil isn't included in this set.September 30, 2021Okay, a few days later and it has gone back to only working for about 20 minutes at a time then stops. I'm not looking to buying another brand as I refuse to invest in the same brand.I'll also be looking at changing the motor fan for this one and leaving it in my living room.

I am overall very satisfied with this set. I enjoy the scents and the defuser is quiet and very pretty. The only minor complaint I have was the the essential oil Love” leaked in the box and in the defuser caddy. I am having a tough time removing that scented oil smell of “love”, which is quite pungent, off of the caddy. Otherwise, this family owned business would have received 5 stars. I received my product quickly and the quality of the oils, defuser and caddy are great. I love that the caddy easily stores all the oils.

I’ve been researching and looking into buying a diffuser for years. It didn’t feel right to have to spend $200 on one. I’m familiar with quality pure oils, carrier oils, and aromatherapy. I was skeptical when I ordered this and even more when it included 20 oils. It arrived carefully packed and boxed. I was thrilled that the “wood look” did not look cheesy and the diffuser unit was bigger than anticipated. Even more delighted in the quality of the pure oils which I considered a bonus. I can say this is truthfully one of my best values for dollars spent in years. And it’s so quiet with only ever so slight sounds of calming water.

There was a problem when I got mine it was broken. I contacted Customer service and they quickly sent a new one. I love it. Works great smells great and my toddler loves it too she keeps going up to it sniffing. I love having the carousel of different oils.

The media could not be loaded. Very easy to assemble and works amazingly with the oils. It filled the whole living room, we have a pretty spacious living room. Love this diffuser. Hopefully it’ll last for a long time. I love how it came with the stand and holder for all the essential oils.

This would be 5 stars because the machine is great! The models that I get that come with the 30 essential oils is nice, however the motors have quit on me twice after 3-6 months of usage. I have purchased 4 of them and 2 of them work great! I wish I could get a replacement on one of them. The essential oils are very therapeutic!
