A must have for any wrist pain
I have been suffering terrible wrist pain, but not carpel tunnel. My pain stems from the pinky side. Upon consulting my doctor (ahem - Google) I found that pretty much an actual doctor would start with a wrist support. I ordered one for during the day, and this one for at night, especially because I always seem to clench my fists terribly at night. I've been using this every night for over a month (I only remember to wear my day time one some of the time, and with my 3 year old and 1 year old, I often don't keep the day one on for long period of time), and my wrist has almost no pain. I'm amazed. My wrist was so bad that I feared it would give out on my while laying my dear daughter down in her crib, but I don't have that pain anymore. Again, I'm amazed. the brace does an excellent job of stabilizing my wrist, and the cushion helps prevent me from clenching my fists. And surprisingly, because I am only wearing this on my left wrist, it is having a more relaxing effect on my right wrist as well because I don't seem to be clenching it either. This is really comfortable to wear at night, and I feel like I sleep more comfortably as well. I was having neck pain and my arms would fall asleep if I laid on my side, but since wearing this, I don't suffer that nearly at all. I haven't felt like it is too warm to wear either. The fit is excellent and easily adjustable. I highly recommend this for anyone experiencing wrist pain. My wrist has been able to heal so much at night and I'm more than pleased.

Treats the often overlooked re-injury time period--at night.
I had a severe wrist/thumb injury that seemed slow to heal (~2 months; not much progress, even with daytime splint and medicines). Started wearing this night wrist support every night for the past few weeks, and my injury has improved so much , that I can now type this review. If you have any type of wrist/hand/thumb injury, make sure to treat the injury when you are most vulnerable to re-injuring it--at night time. About the product itself. The outer fabric has a moleskin-like vellum that is soft, yet stretchy. The inner lining fabric is lightweight, breath-able, very smooth soft and stretchy. Sewing inside is excellent--no scratchy or bulky seams that can create dents on the skin. Very comfortable. What I like best about this wrist guard is the bean-bag-type support that runs under the palm. It conforms to the shape of the underside of palm with just the right amount of support--not too stiff, not too pliable. Why is the inner lining fabric and sewing important? If you ever wear a splint for more than a week, you will know how significant the lining material's (a) softness, (b) breathability, (c) sewing seams, can be for comfort. This night guard has inner lining that is breathable, lightweight and soft; not bulky or scratchy. The sewing seams are not scratchy or binding. Very comfortable. There is a metal splint than spans the underside of the support, from wrist to palm. It is surrounded with plenty of soft cushioning, so it won't poke or scratch. In fact, I barely notice its presence, because it is so well cushioned with soft lining. In combination with the bean-bag-like palm support, they form the backbone of this guard. There are 3 straps that allow for some adjustment of the guard. IMO, the most important strap to position correctly is the middle. I attach this strap first, to snug, but not tight fitting. The other two, I leave more loose. Bottom line: if you have any type of wrist/hand/thumb injury, make sure to treat your injury when it is most vulnerable to re-injuring--at night time, with this amazing product. This is has helped heal my injury to where I can now type this review.

My Carpel tunnel is almost GONE!!!!
I have tried 1 other splint and then 2 pair of gloves even the copper tone ones they helped at 1st for sleeping but soon as I woke up back to the tingling and numbness and pain. I bought this hand splint and it's a life saver It's so comfortable and my carpel tunnel almost gone I don't wake up in pain or the terrible numbness and tingling but I do wake up with my brace off that's where the minus a star comes in the best thing that could do is add more velcro and make it longer and wider. How it slides off I have no clue that's the only issue I see with this item. It's so comfortable on your hand I think that's the #1 thing it holds your hand in place all night. Unless you lose it 🤣 and I actually believe that's why my carpel tunnel is almost completely gone. I've only been using it a week so only time will tell how well the velcro and all holds up. The 2nd thing that helps this wrist guard is the metal bar, with that and the custom bean bag for your hand is what has made my condition improve. I was you tubeing and a pt person recommended something that held your hands too that's how I came upon this product and that was the #1 KEY to my improvement. I had to wrote a review on this product cause it honestly helps and I want other people who have my condition to get help too, Carpel tunnel is HELL and I was searching for anything for relief from exercises, gloves, to different wrist braces, the exercises that didn't help at all to me made it worse my hand was totally numb and tingling so bad till I came along to this product I have not done anything but wear this brace every night for the past week and I barely have any more symptoms.

I can sleep again!!
I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel when my hands started to randomly fall asleep and tingle at night. I tried every position possible just to get some rest. I purchased these when my occupational therapist said I MUST wear hand splints at night for any type of relief and she wasn’t wrong! These are amazing and comfortable. Although my hand still ache during the day, but I can now actually get some rest at night.

Good for recovery.0
I saw this at my workplace once and I was so intrigued I had to purchase it myself! I wish I could purchase from 3M Futuro themselves, but Amazon was the only place I could find that sells the Night Wrist Support. I only wear it on days I exert strain on my wrist at work even if there's no initial pain. I do try to train my wrists with weight-training, and the night wrist-support does help with pain and recovery.
