Worth the money for these lifting straps
The media could not be loaded. I didn't know that Amazon has Sunday delivery so I was pleasantly surprised to receive the Nayoya lifting straps. I have previously used a variety of their products over the years because the quality is top notch for the prices they sell them at but I have never had Sunday delivery. Just so happens to coincidentally be the same day that I have off from the gym. I was so excited to use them that I contemplated going to the gym but ultimately decided to be patient and wait a day.*update*Today I got to try these bad boys out. First impression is that they're made of durable, quality materials and enough thought was put into making these with the intention of creating the perfect weight lifting accessory. The first thing I noticed was the nylon carry pouch. GREAT! Now I dont have to search occasionally to remember where I put them. Added convenience is always an extra + .I started my workout as I always do with a warm up 3 sets of pullups. The difference these grips made was very noticeable with the very first set. Nayoya product description 'let's you feel one with the bar' was the first thing that came to mind. That's exactly the best way to describe the difference these lifting straps made to my workout. However I had a chest day and didnt feel the need to use them, but did finish my gym session with 3 sets of dumbell shrugs to failure to bring out my traps and these grips gave me full support in my wrists and no grip fatigue. Will update once I have a full back workout day later this week.

Their design is great - the padding is excellent and comfortable
After reading many other reviews, I decided to give these a try. Their design is great - the padding is excellent and comfortable, the wrist straps are considerably wider than others I've tried (which, along with the padding, makes them dig into your wrists far less than other straps), and they're actually designed as a Right and Left strap, so the buckles are in the same place on both hands (other brands are made so that both straps are identical, meaning the metal buckle might sit comfortably on one hand, but dig into the bones of your wrist on the other). The rubberized design is quite nice, very wide (to keep your full hand off the bar - no calluses), and does not slip in the least. That said, I have longer fingers than most people, and the actual grip wraps are an awkward length. They're too short for me to wrap them fully around anything, not even once, so they end up doing little more than acting as extra grip - not actual support. This makes them ALMOST useless. Not entirely - they're still slightly better than no straps at all, but not as functional as a set of even cheap straps would be for me.I've returned my set, and am searching for something else.

AWWWWLLL KINDZZ OF GAINS
ALLLL KINDZZ OF GAINSPROS:This allows you to definitely increase weight in pulling motions, pushing motions maybe a little bit due to wrist supportGreat qualityPersonally within a month I increased my Dumbbell rows from 100lb up to 120lb for 4-6 Reps, obviously I was getting stronger but these helped a lot. For weighted pull ups I went from 30lb up to 50lb. Disclaimer: Not everyone's results will be the same but this will help with your liftsGreat wrist support and Comfort, no pinching or poking if put on correctly.IT DOESN"T STINK UP YOUR WRISTS I sweat a lot and it didn't start getting smelly until 6 months 4-6 days a week 2 hour training sessionsObviously results may vary but I noticed it smelled newer even after a few monthsCONS:None really, My Velcro has finally started to come loose after 6 months and that is how long I have had it for. You shouldn't expect Velcro to last that long and I'm surprised it did!The metal loop can sometimes put pressure on top of your hand when doing pushing motions but if you put it on correctly it is comfortableI'll be buying another set soon.Other details:I weigh 145Deadlift 355DB Row is 120lbBench 235lbI have done strength training for the past 6 monthsI don't lift heavy weights compared to others but in moderation these wraps have done a good job and I am very happy. You could probably expect the lifespan to be shorter if you are bigger guy that lifts heavy @$$ weights lol

Good but could use some improvements.
Today was the first time I got to use the grips. I've been using VersaGripps Pro for a few years now and love them but these grips sell for less than half the price so I wanted to compare them. The only downside I can see is that when using them in a pressing exercise such as a bench press on a smith machine the outer material is slippery. This mainly happens on the smooth chrome plated area of the bar. When pressing on the knurled area there is much more traction. When pulling you use the inside rubberized area and that works well except there is a little slipping against the smooth side (outer material) and your fingers. When using them in a pressing motion they do provide good protection to the palms. I think they would have been better off using rubberized leather material like their competitors but at half the price they are a good deal.http://youtu.be/5i6yEN7ctEgAfter using them for a few more workouts I've found a way to add more traction on smooth chrome plated bars. I now fold the gloves so that the rubber material makes contact with the bar and that seems to fix the slipping issue. See the photo.
