Tiger Claw Shield - Super Kicking Shield

This item is constructed very well. Purchased this item for personal training and self defense classes i teach. Compared to other items this one was very affordable and was alot thicker. It can take a ton of abuse and does not even have a scratch on it. Still looks new even after my amatuer and pro mma guys have gotten ahold of it. If your looking for well constructed and well made pad this is the one.

Excellent shield! Much thicker than the ones used at our school. The model I received is slightly different than the on in the picture. Mine has air vents on each side to allow air to get out when the shield is kicked or punched. It is also very light and easy to use! I've asked some friends to kick it as hard as they can and the impact is very well redistributed! Well worth the price!

Beat it for years and it never changes! Very rugged product.

This product has been used by multiple men well over 200lbs at the black belt level. This product really gets abused and has held up very well. The handles and stitching are perfect. The thick padding is doing exactly what it's supposed to do. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good kicking shield. When this one wears out I would purchase it again.

Bought this bag for my sifu in kung fu san soo classes in Moreno Valley and Riverside Parks and Rec. Loved the thickness, handles, and price! Great at absorbing punishing kicks and elbows! The only flaw is its width. You have to kick it dead center or your foot will slide to the side. However, this I actually like because it reinforces accuracy in ones kicks. Yet, for beginners who have yet to develop their accuracy it is annoying and a problem. Even with this flaw, which can be considered minor, this is a great bag especially for the price. After buying one for my sifu, I bought another one for my kids to continue their practice at home. Oh, it's also great for elbow, hammer strikes, and knees. I give it a 9 out of 10.

This is a nice body shield with plenty of options for holding. The only negative information that I can provide is that the general consensus in the dojo is that it's too firm and doesn't absorb enough impact. Thus, transferring too much energy to the person holding it. The shield is not as wide or tall as the Century product, but it's almost twice as thick.

This kicking shield is like no other I have seen. I have held kicking shields through which I could feel the sting of the kicks being executed. This one is not like that. This shield absorbs the total impact of a kick and spreads it out to an effect like being pushed by a big cushion. Now it will not stop a kick from moving the holder back or knocking the holder down if they are much smaller than the kicker. But it will absorb the edge of the kick so that its direct impact does not come through.

This bag is very thick and solid. I got this one that is so thick because I use it strapped to a pole, support beam, or tree. This way I can work on my low kicks without needing another person. This shield can take the hardest kicks with no problem. Because it is so thick, I never have to worry about my foot making contact with the pole. The shield is firm and does not give much at all. But it is not hard enough to condition the shins much for muay thai roundhouse kicks. I expect it to last a very long time.
