This is a nice tasting protein powder. Especially for being so clean as they usually taste terrible or chalky. This one is yummy even by itself. It's highly recommended by 'Bobby Approved' which reviews clean food products and makes recommendations. I don't mind the higher price point as I know I am getting a better product which warrants the price. It's great with milk or added to an iced coffee in the morning. It's easy to mix in a shaker. Smells chocolatey and doesn't have a grainy or chalky texture. I love this stuff.

Absolutely love Simply Tera’s protein powder. I am on a weight loss injection medication (GLP-1) and need extra intake of protein to prevent muscle loss. This helps me keep muscle, does not affect weight, and gives me the extra energy I need when lacking protein in my diet. I prefer to have one serving twice a day. I find it is good mixed in my morning coffee and is completely fine in water. I prefer the chocolate flavor for drinking with plain water. As with any high intake of protein, it is important to also have an adequate amount of fiber so be sure to take that into account when having any concerns about constipation when using protein powders. You have to make sure that you are having enough fiber to have regular bowel movements. Taking a magnesium supplement in addition to protein and fiber helps keep everything regular like it should be.

I hadn't exercised in years when I decided that I was going to get fit and I wanted a lifestyle change, meaning I was going to build muscle. I chose this protein powder. This was instrumental for me to successfully get into the habit of exercising.For me, working out is not always enjoyable, but drinking chocolate milk always is. So I decided that I would drink chocolate protein milk ONLY after a workout. After I perfected my recipe, I came to crave the chocolate milk so much that I would work out in order to drink it. If I didn't work hard enough, i'd deny myself the privilege of drinking chocolate milk and revert to less appealing protein sources. This encouraged me to work harder and longer to get my reward. The gratification was insane.The reward method helped me get into incredible shape and achieve my dream body. I unfortunately became extremely ill and lost a lot of weight. I was emaciated, meaning I had to focus on gaining weight and not exercise for months. I am now within a healthier weight range and am working out again. Unfortunately, I got a different whey protein on a whim and it's frankly quite disgusting so I'm finding it harder to get back in the habit. Since I used reward as a motivation to achieving results and my reward right now isn't good, I'm grudgingly finishing up that tub of protein so that I can open up my new tub of tera's and return to the proper reward system.This protein is more expensive than other wheys but the ingredients (whey concentrate, organic cocoa, organic stevia, and sunflower lecithin) are much less offensive than what other protein powders have. The whey comes from family farms with artificial hormone free, grass-fed cows. Whey is then extracted from the cheesemaking process by artisan cheesemakers. (Paraphrased from the tera's whey website) Additionally, whey concentrate is superior to whey isolate, which is whey concentrate that has been stripped of its other beneficial nutrients. Other protein powders are not likely to have even a few organic ingredients. Given the cleaner sources of the ingredients and the incredible flavor, this is a guiltless source of protein. $20 is a fine price to pay for your fitness if it consistently motivates you to work even harder.Lastly, my recipe. I do not like thick chocolate milk so it might not suit some people, but I loved it.-1 level scoop of protein-60 g milk (1/4 cup)-40 g water (fill up 1/4 cup two-thirds of the way up)

It’s a high quality whey protein powder with great taste and reasonable cost.

I bought this protein powder because the ingredients list is short and doesn't include anything I can't have (I have dietary restrictions), and the ingredients sounded high-quality. I lift weights and often need supplemental protein, especially on lifting days. My husband uses a different brand of whey protein that has a much longer ingredients list with things I can't have, and smells a bit musty, so it turns me off.The protein is a bit of a disappointment. My two major issues with it is that 1) it smells and tastes a bit like soap, and 2) it doesn't dissolve well in water (either warm or cold water), and the bits that don't dissolve will float to the surface and are kind of chewy. It's also rather expensive. I am still using the protein powder, as these aren't deal-breakers for me, but my husband dislikes it enough that he avoids using my protein powder.It does the trick, and it might still be worth it for folks like me who need to know what they're putting in their bodies, but if you don't have restrictions, you might want to go with a different brand.

The taste is very bad. It doesn’t taste like chocolate at all, and it has a strong “off” taste. I wish I could return it or receive a refund because it is expensive. It’s basically unbearable to drink with just plain milk.

I love this protein powder! There aren’t many ingredients, and the flavor is delicious. Not artificial tasting like most others. Love that it’s natural and non-gmo.

This protein powder has made my morning smoothies fabulous! I love the flavor, and the nutritional value is excellent. The fact that it's whey protein is that much better! The ingredients include all the things you want and nothing you don't. This company's protein powder will be my go-to from here on out.
