I’ve been using this product for several years. I first learned about this product from my holistic health practitioner because I was having hair loss. With consistency with combination of other supplements, this silica definitely helps my hair stronger and falling off less. I’ve also been noticing my skin has been more supple. I like this product because it does not have any taste in it so I put it in my juice, smoothies, or just drink it alone. The quality of this product is better than the products out on the market. Okay for those of you who are WEARY of fake reviews... I'm real lolI dont know what i have or have had. But almost 2 years ago my body just broke down. Like I felt inflammation on my hips and lost range of motion. Then it went to my shoulders and back. Left eye was twitching. Sores were comin in the inside of my mouth. If one disappeared another one would show up. Then my right ankle would lose range of motion. Spine would feel tight. Especially the lumbar. Everytime i would bend it forward or lie down i couldn't breathe. Every morning I would just crack ALL OVER and feel stiff...Just a very sad sad ol' me lolI went to the doctors they had no idea. Took blood and x ray exams and to this day no clue...But you know i just went through a lot of naturopathic, holistic, and functional medicine channels and just educated myself to get better...One thing that I've come to understand is that our body is made up of MINERALS!! (Ill tell you a bit of it as you scroll down) ³And YOU NEED them to not only to function but they are the RAW ingredients NEEDED to put your BODY to healing MODE. Going a little off tangent.. our bones are comprised of CALCIUM, BORON, MAGNESIUM, SILICA.. and some more that I probably don't know as of yet.. But for some parts of our body we need other minerals to properly function. Like for the stomach you need iodine, chloride, potassium to produce stomach acid (maybe some more lol sorry I don't know it all).But my point is MINERALS! Do your own research and amply supply yourself with these nutrients. And not just minerals too just EAT healthy and ORGANIC. Let your body heal by giving what it NEEDS..Lol sorry I wrote this while I was working so it may sound a little confusing but you get my point...Oh and this really helped me reduce my pain symptoms. But typically someone with an autoimmunity will probably have to go off-label and UP the servings because our body will usually need more than the recommended amount.. anyways I'm out peace lol

Love this product! The texture is like water, and I feel like I have more energy when I take it. It doesn't have a smell or taste to it.

I truly like this product and feel it makes a difference with my hair and nails. Since I started using it, my nails have become stronger and no longer chipping, and my hair is growing faster. I mainly take it as a supplement for my Lyme Disease and I can feel the difference.
