I received this swag scarf in a very well wrapped, weather proof Amazon box within the time allowed for delivery.Plus, it was in its own zippered, thick plastic pouch, wrapped around a clean cardboard insert to protect it from dust, wrinkling and crushing.I unwrapped it and inspected it carefully. All seams were straight and neat with no hanging threads or loose edges. The hems are tidy and even, and the corners are neat and squared. I have paid many times over for department store sheers, and these are every bit as nice, if not nicer.The fabric is lovely and soft, even right out of the package. It is woven evenly and has a lovely, soft sheen to it.It hangs beautifully with no effort at all.The panel was the correct size and dimension, and the correct number for what I ordered. It is a nice light sky blue color that appears a shade lighter when unfolded, and because they are made from polyester, it will not fade or deteriorate when exposed to the sun's rays..I washed it with mild detergent and fabric softener, on a gentle cycle, with a cold wash and a cold rinse, to remove any sizing and to freshen it up a bit before hanging it. It came out beautifully with no fading or streaking of the color or distortion of the fabric weave. The seams were still solid and even, with no thread shrinkage or loosening.No need to even put it in the dryer. I hung it damp as it had no wrinkles, and it dried within a few minutes right on the rod and it looks fantastic.The panels sold by this seller do have some depth to them for sheers, but they are sheer and will be affected by your room lighting, wall color and so on. Keep this in mind when making your color choices.I paired this swag with another one in a dark grayed blue, and draped them around each other on the rod. The effect was stunning. A perfect complement to my living room color scheme.My window treatment looks like I spent many times over what I actually paid, to achieve a modern, chic window treatment.Their panels are an excellent quality and I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.Window Elements Diamond Sheer Voile 56 x 216 in. Loved the color -- just what I expected by the written description, but not the color in the photo. It was exactly what I wanted.

A bit more sky blue

This curtain scarf topper arrived in a sealed plastic shipping envelope, intact, and on time. I opened the package and was happy to see the scarf was sealed in a heavy, plastic zippered bag with a clean cardboard backing to prevent wrinkles and crushing.The colour shown was quite accurate, as it is a light sky blue that appears a slight shade lighter and softer when unfolded.The fabric itself was soft right out of the package, and evenly woven. As I examined it, the seams and hems were all neat and properly finished with no hanging threads, no raw edges ; just finished very neatly all along, including the folds at the corners, with no twisting or puckering.I washed it in a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and fabric softener, on cold wash and cold rinse, to remove any folds or sizing, and to freshen them up before hanging. The colour remained true, with no streaking or fading, and it came out even softer than before, with no wrinkles or shrinkage of threads, and no puckering of the seams.I hung it straight from the washing machine, and it air dried perfectly within several minutes, with a soft sheen and lovely, generous draping because of the ample width of the fabric used.I have no doubt these will retain their colour for a long time, even in full sun, and repeated washings, as the colour is embedded into the polyester fibers themselves. Also, they will not degrade and weaken when exposed to the suns rays over time, as can happen with natural fabrics.All in all I am very pleased with the purchase, and I feel I got great value for the money, and it arrived at my door. I think these sheers are wonderful. Quality is excellent and the blue is beautiful. The price attracted me at first but wasn’t expecting this good quality I’ll admit. Very impressed.
