Aqua Mix Custom Building Grout Colorant 8 oz - Ocean Blue

I've now spent $21 in shipping and two weeks of time buying and returning bottles of blue grout colorant trying to find a cobalt blue. Apparently we are supposed to know the color based on the names of the color. I even contacted the company directly, but they won't help, as these aren't current colors. Ocean blue is a very gray, light-medium blue. A good 90s country blue. I included a picture of the residue around the rim, but I didn't open it because I want to return this bottle, too. I'm giving the product 4 stars because I haven't actually used it yet, so I don't think it is fair to bomb the quality. Customer service/accuracy of the listing I would give a 1-star rating.

I had to repair some tiles and needed this to match the grout color. I don't think this type colorant is available anymore so was lucky to find this. Matched the rest of the floor almost perfectly. I say almost because it has been almost 15 years since we'd colored the grout so the rest of the floor grouting shows it's age. I expect this to look like the rest of it before long.
