Good value knife
Love this knife. It is plenty sharp, easy to clean, and comfortable handle for easy use. Like all ceramic knives, the blade is brittle and we are careful not to use it in the dishwasher or cut certain things. We broke one of these cutting an ear of corn. The white blade can also be stained, though it seems to be only very rare items that will stain it. Really can't beat the quality for the price though. If I was to go through two of these per year, I'd be OK with that.

I like the weight of the knife but I prefer a different handle so that I can have better control of the knife. Overall a great cutting knife.

6 month review
After 6 months of use daily I still have not had to sharpen it. It this is definitely my go-to knife four cheese or fruits or just about anything. I love how easy it is to clean. I love how it stays Sharp. I love how it doesn't stick to Sticky foods like cheese. And I think it looks really cool

Too fragile to be useful
A large chunk of this knife snapped off the third time I used it. I was trying to cut a chunk of cheese. As long as you are slicing soft foods, this is fine, but don't expect it to cut anything harder than a cucumber.

Five Stars
It is a very sharp knife and feels great in the hand, however I have use it for a couple of weeks now only cutting vegetables with it and hand washing it and today noticed the tip of the knife broke off. I am very disappointing that it didn't last but couple of weeks, so for me ceramic knives is definitely not the way to go

One of the sharpest knives I have ever owned. Slices through a sinewy beef roast (including the hard fatty parts) with ease. Be careful if you're not used to brand spanking new knives - I also sliced through my thumb with ease in the first 5 minutes of using it.

Great knife
Sharp. Very sharp. Handle feels nice.The micro serrations cut through the skin of a very ripe tomato easily.With a modicum of caution I have not chipped it.

Great knife so far, great value
Love it so far. It came really sharp, in perfect condition, and arrived right on time. I have high hopes for ceramic knives keeping their sharpness as opposed to my steel knives. We'll see.
