Diary of a Wimpy Kid Book Journal Diary – Notebook, October 1, 2013

My son loves the series and thinks this diary is the best. Anything that keeps him interested in writing on his own is great in my opinion!

My daughter absolutely loves this wimpy kid style diary. She is a big fan of all the books, and was excited when we surprised her with this journal. This will definitely make a great gift for any wimpy kid fan, while also inspiring the kids to write more! Win win!

This is a very cool little notebook for kids. It's a duplicate of the one on Diary of a Wimpy Kid, and my kid just loves it. It has lined, blank pages that he is using to journal his summer days during the break from school. A nice little product, well worth the money.

My son is a HUGE fan of the Wimpy Kid and begged for a "leather" journal for his birthday. When I saw this, I had to get it. Well, it's been a great hit! He writes in it all the time (in the same style as the books) and loves to share with me his writings! I'm so grateful for these books and this journal that have gotten my son to LOVE reading and writing!! If you have a kid who loves the Wimpy Kid series, this is a perfect addition!

My eight year old grandson is a real Wimpy Kid nut. He is always writing in this journal and making his own funny picture stories about things that happen to him. He really liked this journal. I was disappointed that the picture you see on the cover is not actually on the book. It is a removable cardboard cover that you have to take off to open the book. He still likes it, I was the disappointed one.

Basically this is just a themed journal. The pages within are lined, but otherwise blank. Not exactly worth 10 bucks was my initial impression, until I handed it to my second-grader. He has filled 6 pages just since last night with Heffley-esque fictional narrative and illustrations, so now I say mission accomplished! ***Updated*** Now that the price has dropped this is a great buy. My son is in third grade now and he writes in this every day. Whenever he finishes his work early at school he writes stories or tells about his day. Then, when he gets home I read it. It is neat to see what goes on in his head, and sometimes we talk about his stories or the events at school too. He's on his second journal this school year, and it's early November.

Gave this to my 8 year old grandson. He is a big fan of the Wimpy Kid series of books. Having never written freely about himself, family or his own thoughts, beliefs - he found it fun to express himself. This journal has fun ways to get them writing but he did his own thing too.

This is a great Diary! It’s just like the one on The Diary of a Wimpy Kid movies!The product was so well protected when shipped.. I was impressed!! I will definitely use this vendor again and would recommend them and this product to anyone!
