Cat Self Groomer. Kind of soft and not sharp on the ends.
It is softer than the first one I bought. We mounted it on the wall with the double stick tape to see if he liked it before we used the screws. My cat did not give it a fair try. He chewed on it until he pulled it off the wall. Oh well. We tried.

Works wonders if your kitty likes it
One of my cats barely touches the thing, but the cat who was the reason I bought it LOVES rubbing up against it.
