Most like the wrapped butterscotch sweets you used to get
I tried a few varieties of butterscotch on here, they were all nice but these were the most similar to what I think were Callard and Bowser ones from childhood wrapped in foil. They no longer produce those. I am now trying Champion and Reeves as these are made to be like the old ones. They are expensive but we'll see.

Satisfying Taste from Childhood
I was wanting to get the same taste I remember as a child, tasting Butterscotch wraped in goldern foil. Unfortunately, that Butterscotch is no longer made, Scotland was where that particular Butterscotch was made, so I was wanting the same taste.It is not as good as the Butterscotch as I remember as a child, but very close to it. I think the product had sat in the warehouse, because the taste lacked the sharpness, it was not as fresh as I thought it should be. Another taste from childhood gone West, with me not being able to discover whether it was my taste buds at fault, or the product.

Definitely Not Butterscotch!
This product was so disappointing. There was no butterscotch flavour at all in the couple we tried. Just crystallised sugar! Had to throw them away.

Just ordering again - delicious authentic butterscotch! Hooray! Trying others and been looking around to find some for ages to find that real tasty flavour like the old Callard & Bowers make. Well done Ross’s! Box arrived well packaged and all sweets individually wrapped

Disappointed, these were made by another brand, clearly marked on each sweet wrapper
Tastes good. But I think they are expensive compared to buying as the brand name within.

Underwhelming
Butterscotch is literally the perfect flavour to me, I love everything butterscotch... except for these. They taste like sugar, nothing more.I am not happy with my purchase, would not recommend.

Yum yum
Like butterscotch you will love it.My dad used to buy us these when we where kids. They used to be wrapped in a gold foil and where oblong.This butterscotch brought those memories flooding back.Lovely
