Q: Do these sodastream flavorings need to be refrigerated after opening?

YES!!! Anything that has a seal that is a food or drink MUST be refrigerated. McDonald's has theirs (coke and other syrups etc...)in a refrigerated area(in their machines). Granted the bottles does NOT state to place it in the refrigerator after opening but for safety I DO.

Q: Is this a 1 pack or 3 packs? Because in the picture there are 3 packs, a little bit confusing and pricey for a 1 pack only.

Q: can you use sodastream drink mix with store bought carbonated water question

Yes but I do not recommend using the mineral waters
