This paper is like a card stock paper not a construction paper.

Beautiful Blue, Perfect Paper
Perfect for what I bought it for - to paper the outside of an ocean diorama for my son's 2nd grade project. I bought and received the blue paper. The color is vibrant and looks perfect as "water". The quality is surprisingly good for construction paper. It's smooth and doesn't have those pills that come off the paper I've experienced in cheaper made construction paper.We have a bunch left over that I plan to keep in case we ever need blue construction paper again (which is likely since my son's school is always assigning projects!!).
