Its ok for the price.. the magnet that holds the phone to the case it weak, as well as the side piece that connects the front to the back...

Right fit
This item fit perfectly my Note 9. The only drawback is that the software that comes with it comes up as containing a virus.

Good case
This is a good case don't get me wrong...it is sturdy, I guess I was just expecting something different. I still plan to use it.

Userless cover
The cover is very thin and the flop does not close all the way. You cannot swipe the phone to answer your phone calls. You have to open the lid to answer the phone. This case does not mimic the original Samsung phone case.

Look nice
This is the 3rd one I've bought. I really like the looks and use of them but they don't last long. Eventually the front covers become unattached at the side seam and fall off. I've tried gluing and/or taping them back on but that doesn't work. It's too bad because I really do like them (obviously, because I've bought 3 of them.)

Not OE
This had the appearance of the original equipment (OE) but was sorely lacking in its functionality. The phone didn't go into lock screen mode when close like the original.

Doesn't lock or turn the screen off.
