OE Spec Lip Tailgate Molding for 1999-2007 Chevy Silverado

Replaced worn tailgate cap with this one and it's fit was spot on and it does come with the hardware to install, which it doesn't say in the description. I bought this truck and for some reason the rivnuts for the hardware were not there, but as I mentioned the kit did come with them so all I needed to do was buy the rivnut installation tool install. Other than that installation was super easy and the double backed tape on the cap seems to be holding well. I recommend this particular tailgate cap because it seems to be made just as a stock cap and the holes lined up perfectly.

Buying aftermarket parts is hit or miss. Figured I'd spend a little more money for "OE spec" as described, but fitment hardly is. So I was ok with it. It was worth a try.What upsets me, is the seller wants to charge dang near 50% of the value of product for return shipping... now what do I do? Lose half my money and product for something that isn't my fault? Or do I just suck it up? Not a compromise I should really be faced with. Granted it's my fault for not reading the ad entirely. I unfortunately assumed I wouldn't have to return the product nor pay for shipping on something that doesn't fit. I highly suggest going elsewhere.
