Easy to take. Dissolved in water it has no taste and it makes me relax and go to sleep well. I admit it's pricey but the benefits have been excellent.

We’ve used this daily for years. Great for helping to relax and get ready for bed. Lot of essential nutrients and minerals. Taste is decent. Mixes well with water and other drink mixes.

I tried Ambien , trazadone , Melatonin , Zyprexa and elavil , Soma aand other meds , this stuff helps me the most , thank you , and I use it half scoop only as needed , amazing !!!

I love this product, it changed my life in public settings and work, but it is $20 more than it was a year ago, which is insane. I now order from Pure instead, which is about $34. Almost exactly the same, but don't get the watermelon flavor, it tastes like cheap chapstick. Hopefully Relax will go back to an affordable price. You can also try asking your doctor to order it and see what they will charge you to get it there. Totally disappointed in this price raise.
