Q: Does it come with a lid?

No, it does not come with a lid.

Q: Im wondering if i could put this in my heat press to put htv on it?

I would not recommend doing that to these mugs, as they seem to be prone to cracking when used (frozen), and anything that could possibly compromise the integrity of the "blastic" walls could cause premature failure.

Q: It says not to freeze below -10c. how the hell am i going to accomplish that unless i constantly measure the temp. will lower temps ruin it?

I put it in my freezer, which is probably 0 degrees, and it does fine for awhile. The recommended temperature is a little high for most freezers. They always crack after about a year or two, so I understand your concern.
