I lost the instructions for this and we just moved to a new house with a wire rack in the closet. How does it attach to a wire rack? Thank you.

This comes with 2 metal j hook bolts, wing nuts, washers and plastic grommets. If you saved those you just hook the bolts onto the wire rack and lift the unit up so the bolts slide into the holes in the housing on either side of the rack. Put the nuts on and tighten up.

Im completely lost . Mine did not come with instructions. Can you tell me where the batteries go?

How do I open it to install batteries. I am afraid to force the battery compartment to slide.

Just got this. The hooks all look the same. How can I tell which hooks are the 8 belt hooks?

t hooks are separate they attach under the the ties in the middle of the unit. I think you insert them and twist them in place.

Motor not powerful enough, what do i need to correct?

Exchange the tie rack. The one I have has plenty of power and I have ties on every holder.
