Terrible packaging
The crusts are very good - if you can get them separated. I had to throw away almost half of them because they are stuck together and nothing I tried could get them apart. I ordered several packages and tried freezing them, thawing them, warming them in the microwave, but I inevitably would have two or more of the package that could not be salvaged. If anyone from Flatout reads these, PLEASE put some paper between the individual crusts!!!!!

So disappointed in these
So disappointed in these. When they came they were all stuck together-like melted together- and could not separate them. By the time I got one separated it was so shredded!

Best pizza crusts around
Love, love, love these pizza crusts!!! They are so tasty, low in fat and nice and thin. My husband even loves them. Would recommend these to anyone that wants to make a good thin crust personal pizza at home.

Great Bread if put to best use
This is a wonderful pizza alternative. However, it gets way too dry if used as the cooking instructions indicate. So, I got creative and found to prepare a Stuffed Flatout Flatbread was the best way to go! I put on on the bottom and then layer cheese, roasted veggies, etc... put another flat on top, cover with something that will also lock in moisture.... sometimes just EVOO and cheese or a cheese spread with carmelized onions. Bake for 4-5 minutes and each time they have been sensational! I eat 1/2 at at time though, b/c they can become very rich with the ingredients. Here is what I made tonight:Recipe for filling:bake/roast 2 portobello mushroom caps drizzled with EVOO @350 degrees for 17 minutes, let cool, then slice.place one plain flatbread on bottom, lay evenly the sliced portobello mushrooms and then use the following recipe below to "spread" over the mushrooms. When done, place another Flatout flatbread on top and top with carmelized onions and blend of Italian cheese - bake for 4-5 minutes. (I also added toasted, healthy pine nuts to the ingredients)Ingredients*2 teaspoons olive oil*1 cup chopped onion*1 garlic clove, chopped*3 cups chopped kale (about 1 small bunch)*1 (6-ounce) package fresh baby spinach*1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper*1/4 teaspoon salt*1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg*3/4 cup (3 ounces) crumbled feta cheese* Cooking spray*2 1/2 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheesePreparation1.Preheat oven to 375°. 2.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; sauté 10 minutes or until tender and lightly browned. Add garlic; sauté 2 minutes. Add kale and spinach; sauté 8 minutes or until kale is tender. Stir in pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Stir in feta.
