Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max, 64GB, Midnight Green (Renewed)

The media could not be loaded. it’s a really good phone and i got it for a good price. the screen was replaced but it was good quality and there was no scratches or any scuffs on the device. the battery health was 88% but overall the phone is very good and i’m happy with my purchase.

For environmental reasons I’ve decided to buy refurbished tech when possible and this one was a great shout! Phone came in a box with everything necessary and it’s been good few months since I bought it and I am so happy with it! Battery life holds good couple of days and could do more if you’re not actively using it. No scratches or damage to be seen either. Overall, the phone is great and I definitely recommend it.

The display screen and battery were non-Apple parts, nevertheless functionality seemed as it should be.Phone looked good and appeared to work well until...the Apple Wallet would not work.This was a NFC, near field communication problem ( No, I hadn't heard of that before, either!) Unfortunately this was not repairable.I had to return the phone, with pre-paid label to supplier Grade Mobile. After their checks, I was offered a full refund, as no replacement was then available. This took a couple of days only.I must say, the service given by Grade Mobile/Amazon was very good. From the beginning, the order was easy to place, the phone arrived in a couple of days, when the problem arose they handled the issue with little fuss and resolved the matter satisfactorily.

arrived in like new condition and fast deliveryon the downside the battery life is terrible (84%) and drops like a stone, no way will it last a full day, its ironic my old iPhone 6s lasts longerthe screen while “new” is a replacement LCD panel NOT OLED and that is not mentioned anywhere in the listing on Amazon, so my first task is to go and get a new battery from Apple (£69)☹️while i will keep the phone, its worth keeping the issues in mind before you by “renewed”UPDATE1, the screen developed a fault, returned no issue, they sent it back with the same issue, so not repaired at allUPDATE 2, the sent me a replacement phone and less than a month later the same type of issue with the screen, all faith is lost with the quality of parts used so requested a refund (lets see what happens)Update 3, well after a lot of messing about and having to envoke my consumer protection rightsI got a full refundOverall it was a bad experience, so my advise would be to stay away from this company

Just like the description, adequate price, I will continue ordering it, I highly recommend it.

Delivery was on time, iPhone conditions like new, only barely noticeable tiny scratches round the edges, battery life is 85% but still good.

Brought the iPhone 11 Pro Max for (64gb) in dark Green - Has the original parts screen/battery sound quality 10 Stars/ Battery life is 98% no scratches back of the phone has tiny water stain patches but nothing a phone case can’t hide overall extremely happy and wowed by the experience of purchasing a renowned phone especially for £309 It’s allot of money to test out but it’s worth every penny as Amazon came through and ensured these mobile sellers are genuine with their products happy buyer -Thank You
