Regional lock seemed scary but it did end up working just fine in the u.s.
This phone was purchased and unknowingly came with a European sim only region lock... it did work with an american sim on a GSM network like cricket. The cube is European as well but that is easily replaced, other then that bit of confusion, it is in great condition and is a great deal for a good phone. Can easily add more storage with a sim card and has a good camera

Not compatible
This phone is not compatible with my provider, Boost Mobile. And after reading all the other reviews with the same problem I doubt I will get any money back for this useless phone. Do not buy from this seller.

An OK phone
My iPhone died so I had to switch to Android which is much cheaper. This is my first budget phone. Let me tell you this, as an IOS user, the switch is hard and painful. I still struggle sometimes but some features are much easier like transferring files to the computer.The phone: it is cute little phone but for the price I should have gotten the other larger version which costs the same!The touch is too sensitive, not sure why. It responds too easily and jumps screens and types things unintentionally. The phone is lagging a lot. I don’t use it a lot for surfing the web for that reason. Also, it has a mono speaker on one side and makes listening to speaker calls or Whatsapp , a pain. Get the bigger version of the same phone with stereo two side speakers. It has weird bugs such as Bluetooth- if you disconnect it you might not be able to turn it back on until you restart the device.I paid 170$ and it works for my needs . Overall a cute budget phone and I like it, though certainly it is not same level as iPhone.

If you are purchasing a phone to be used in Latin America: DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE because you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT.
