The bottle instructions say take once a day with food and water but Amazons picture says 2 times a day. Which is it?

My bottle says two caps twice daily, so does that mean 4 total caps for the day. The bottle also says 2 caps is one serving... So if I take one serving then that’s 2 caps daily. Pretty confusing... can someone tell me exactly how many caps should I be taking daily?
