Tittle Golf X-Golf Premium Simulator 2018

Got this for Christmas and it has been a struggle to get it working. The directions are unhelpful as what the directions and manual depict, isn't what I see on my PC. I have no idea if I need to have the Tittle X app on my phone, the stick paired to my phone or if I am to connect the swing stick to my BT via PC. I did get an update product key which unlocked several courses and with the luck of E6Golf, I was able to get it to work momentarily on the practice range. Now I come back to it again, at E6 Connect says that the "Device isn't connected." Therre is no public number for Tittle to speak of and I have no idea how I am going to get this simulator to work as E6 Golf/TruGolf isn't familiar with Tittle simulators very much. Huge disappointment. Get what you pay for!

I have an i7, 16gb, 500gb ssd, nvidia 1060 and the software runs like a dog! Unacceptable on any level. First thought it was my computer or settings of the game but nope.....just horrible software! Not recommended.
