Very soft, easy to use, smells nice
It's very soft and smells good, stays warm for at least 20 minutes, but I find it a bit heavy and wide for my neck.

My favorite hot pack!
I suffer from back and neck issues and this heat pack is my favorite if all time. This is my second one. They are convenient for travel, easy to warm up (I do 2 minutes total, in 30 second increments), and the outer fabric is soft and comfortable.

Have to sit it out , when new.
Love this item. Warms up in microwave in 2 minutes. Can wrap it around all parts of body.But! Smell is too strong at first.
