Excellent Product

Dislike is that I can use only Indian App Store for downloading or updating the ROOMBA AppLiked the product and is very efficient for pet hairs and dust. But does not remove Pet Hairs from Carpets

Nice product but the auto first disposal is useless so please don’t pay the extra and go for the unit without the disposal unitOccupies a lot of space as well, almost looks ugly

The media could not be loaded. Likes:Intelligent navigation and sweeps the floor very well hence saving time and efforts.Dislikes:From the Pioneers in robotics technology I did not expect the following:The Side brush entangled itself on training run on a carpet and it damaged itself on day 3.The rubber brush cut itself while sweeping on human hair on 20th Day.The robot gets off the cloud very often and I have to reconfigure its Wifi connection every other day adding a lot of inconvenience.The product often faces hardship to climb its home base. It just rotates around it and eventually gives up.The support via email is very poor. I have not received any conclusion of my tickets so far.The parts are not covered in warranty and hence I have to purchase from their online store where the parts are out of stock :)Cost of 3 Side Brush= INR 690 + 400 ShippingCost of Rubber Brush = INR1490 + 400 ShippingIf I have to replace the rubber Brush every 20 days at Rs 1490 + 400 (Shipping) = Rs 1980 - The cost of maintenance of this product at the end of an year will be anywhere above Rs 36000.If you have humans with long hair and carpets at your home, think twice before you buy or wait till iRobot adds sensors on its product to raise alarm if hair are getting stuck in the brushes. I doubt they will as this is a way to make more money (The Razor and Blade Sales Model)After spending ~ Rs 1 Lakh Rs on this product, I found the parts are not durable and hence i am compelled to rate it poor.Ps: Picture attached shows the type of carpet at my home where the side brush got damaged for your references.

The day I bought this robot vacuum cleaner my friends were surprised by the cost and had a question does it worth for the amount i paid. Now that I have used the unit for a month I can say that its doing an amazing job. Now my worries to get a servant maid to clean our house of size 5500 sq.ft is solved. Hopefully in two years time I think I would recover the cost. A few minor suggestions. Instead of disposable dust bag, they should provide reusable and easy to clean plastic box. with the sliding fixed on it. I saw some you tube video regarding how to easily make one. Overall i am happy

I like the roomba for its auto start and autoclean abilities. One annoying thing is that it gets stuck sometimes and have to manually lift it.
