Carrs Cookies, Ginger Lemon Creme, 7.05-Ounce.

This was the new recipe, unlike what is shown in the picture. Stale tasting. Smaller packaging. Smaller cookies. Cookies arrived smashed and crumbled. Less flavorful both in ginger cookie and in lemon filling. Less crispy. Poor texture.But oh, hey, now they’re non- GMO... woohoo. Will no longer buy these cookies that were once a staple in our household. Thank you, Kellogg’s, for your brilliant decision to change the recipe on what was a delicious cookie.

The original ginger cookies were one of a kind and delicious. This is a rip off replica (No ginger) without anything special about them.

Ok, so i've been going back over my previous purchases and writing random reviews -- especially for items I can no longer eat due to a Celiac diagnosis. Anyway, These cookies were the perfect amount of ginger blended with a creamy lemon center. Perfect combination. I can literally taste these in my mouth --- even a few years later. These are a little pricey, but are defitinely worth it!Somtimes I think to myself......would it have been better to have had celiac disease all my life and not know what I'm missing, or is it better to have tasted and know what I'm missing. Reviewing this product brings me to the "Better to have tasted" side. Like smell, tastes are someting we tend not to forget---- especially when something is as good as Carr's Ginger Lemon Cream cookies. Like a scent-story, the taste-story returns - and yes, i miss not being able to eat these morsels of deliciousness -- but i'm glad i've had the opportunity to experience the symphony of flavor in my mouth that is Carr's!

I was looking for the cookie that was exactly like the picture. Evidently, the company changed the cookie and the packaging a bit and I was trying to find that exact cookie that matches the picture on the old box label.

My review is based on the shipping and quality of product post shipment. I absolutely love these cookies, but they come in the standard thin cardboard box wrapped in one of those bubble-wrap white amazon envelopes. Either the seller doesn't handle their products properly or the items are severely damaged in the shipping process. I highly recommend these cookies, but opt for another seller that ships these in a sturdy box, not an envelope.

You may disagree with me that these are the best non-home baked cookies that exist. That's fine, you'd just be wrong. And that's your right.I absolutely cannot order the multiple packs as I know myself and when it comes to Carrs Ginger Lemon Creams I have no control. It's pathetic and not pretty, but it's the truth.

These cookies are addictive. The combination of ginger and lemon flavors is well balanced and tastes great.These are also a delicious alternative for anyone who cannot eat chocolate, which is a migraine trigger for several family members.I can't always find these Carr's cookies locally so it's good to know I can get them here.

This cookie is not for a daint palette. You taste exactly what is there. The ginger is a kick and the lemon creme is smooth and sweet. You meed to eat no more than 2 at a time. Best paired with a black tea or black coffee, low sugar and dairy. Delicious!
