If you need hairties, buy these
I'm always losing my dang hairties, my cats always run off with them and hide them under the couch.But now that I have this pack of hairties, It feels as though I have an infinite supply! Hahaha!P.S they are stretchy and durable.(Not cats are harmed by my hairtie usage)

Not as stretchy, but great for price
These are great for the price because most times people lose their hair-ties anyway so you usually don't need the best high-priced quality ties but it gets the job done and is not bad! Just not as stretchy as I would've liked.
