I drink a lot of different types of teas and like to go the natural route when taking care of my health so was instantly drawn to this duo. I am drinking the skinny detox in the morning and colon detox every other night. The skinny detox tastes great!! I enjoy drinking this every day for the taste. I get several cups out of one serving so I am steeping the same serving through the day. It came with a super cute strawberry steeper. :) I definitely notice a nice gentle energy boost! Less bloating as well. The night time colon detox doesn't taste as good as the skinny, but isn't bad. I do add a little stevia to the detox, and it comes in a proportioned bag. I use it every other night and sometimes have 2 cups at night, but out of the same bag. Just like the skinny, the detox is effective while being gentle. I am noticing more regular bowel movements without any cramping or stomach aching. I got this duo and all I can say is this is really great combo tea. I am a diabetic and this didnt affect me at all. It actually helped me in many ways, it helped to suppress my appetite, raised my energy level. I loved the fact that it was easy on my stomach and helped me I love the little strawberry infuser that was included. Also so far I have lost 10 lbs since taking this and I am very glad to have gotten this. It is all natural teas and I really like when I use the skinny detox in the morning with the loose tea leaves and them steep for 10 mins 1 tsp. It is actually cool too cause when it gets infused when you empty the infuser you can see all the thing dehydrated and it is very interesting to see. I enjoyed this tea and still continue to use this. I highly recommend this combo to anyone who wants to raise energy and loose weight.
