Favorite Conditioner Ever
Please don’t discontinue my favorite conditioner! This is the best conditioner for fine straight Asian hair. I’ve bought so many bottles over the years. The shampoo is terrible. The conditioner sales were definitely impacted by a sub par shampoo pairing. But the conditioner!!! It’s a heavenly smelling miracle product. Not too heavy. Washes out easily. Leaves my hair soft, conditioned, bouncy, with volume. Please don’t discontinue it!

Be aware!!!
Last piece of crap!!I was so in love with this shampoo when I used this during my stay at a hotel. It made my hair so soft, that I didn’t even had to straighten it.I ordered this on Amazon immediately when I got home and I am so disappointed and mad!! After two uses I had really bad dandruff!! My scalp was itchy as hell. I stopped using it after using it twice. It’s almost two weeks ago and I’m still dealing with dandruff and itchy scalp! The texture of the shampoo is so different than the one in the hotel. It’s watery and it smells less. You have to use a lot otherwise it wouldn’t foam. Unbelievable, how you get scammed! This piece of SH… cost 50$!!!! I don’t mind paying this much for a good product, but not for false products! I’m glad I didn’t order the other products from this brand, what I actually wanted to, because they had a bunch from this company at the hotel and they were amazing!

Great Summer Conditioner
Smells like floral herbs and lavender and leaves a slight floral aroma after rinsing out. This is a medium-weight conditioner that is perfect for summer. It doesn't revive damaged hair (mine is chlorine-damaged), but it will keep normal hair well-conditioned.

Left fine hair super greasy.
Took a lot of product for it to feel clean. Smelled nice though. Not for fine hair.

Don’t buy! Product has been greatly diluted.
Used this product in some of my hotel stays and loved it. Great smell, cleaned well, just wonderful. Then I ordered this and got shampoo that is mostly water. Almost no scent at all (and if you use this stuff you know they have a terrific, strong scent). Instead of one pump to get a good wash, I have to use 10 or more. It’s so watery, there’s almost no shampoo in it at all. So unbelievable! A total waste of money. Save yours and go with another product.

Haters going to hate & lovers going to love it
To the haters this is a sulfate free shampoo. Sulfates are what makes the other shampoos lather make those bubble some people love. This is an environmentally friendly company and sulfates are suspected to be carcinogenic for the body. Sulfate free shampoos do leave hair softer and do not strip the hair of its natural oils.

It's True- Not the same as at hotels
Like other reviewers, I first experienced this shampoo while traveling & loved it. After using this 3x, this is not the same shampoo. The scent is similar, the texture & lather are not. Which makes me wonder if the hotels are mixing in another shampoo with more sulfectants or if they have access to a completely different version. What I have liked about the shampoo is that I'm not as sensitive to the scents/oils used -unlike Aveda. I've also enjoyed that, despite never feeling full clean, that my hair seems to have more body. I'm torn. I may try a hair detox mask and re-wash to see if that helps. Otherwise, would love to know why there's so much difference between this and what the brand sells to hotels.
