It hurts my neck to look down at my phone while on the treadmill, literally for years, so I have been looking for something like this for awhile- and it is perfect! I happen to have an older treadmill, (xterra 2500) with a thicker control board/screen. If you've looked for something similar to this, you've probably seen that most styles are pole mount, which won't work for what i have. This one folds and holds perfect and I love it! Would also be excellent for trips on an airplane too if you dont want to hold your phone the entire time. Just throw that sucker in your carry on and go! Highly recommend this iflex cellphone stand.

I use this for the treadmill at the gym to hold my android so I can watch a show, and a bunch of people have asked me about it. I'm sure a LOT of people have purchased this just from seeing it at the gym. I can change the crease in it to support my phone and it holds up so well. It's very light and I just keep it in the middle console of my truck and then pull it out when I am going to use it, super easy! It's small and convenient, gets the job done. Very glad with this purchase

I have not tested/used this product long term yet. But from initial usage, it does exactly as it advertises. It holds the weight of my Galaxy S21 just fine, holds the weight of my small 10" tablet just fine, and bends to just about any shape you need to hold your product and hang off of just about anywhere. Based on the build edges, I can see where some people are saying it did not last a super long time before tearing out the edges or the rubberized surface coming unglued from the insert... seems inevitable, thinking a fabric, double nylon stitched edges would have this product lasting way longer, but that build cost probably would have been untenable. Something to consider doing myself once the rubberized sleeve it comes in tears off on its own. great for now tho! cheap enough where if I can get at least a few trips usage over 2-3 years out of it, I will be happy!

My gym got rid of the monitors on their treadmills for some reason, so I picked this up to hang on the top edge and use my phone. The treadmill edge was too wide and thick for traditional phone holder clamps, so Im glad I found this

I have a foldable phone with a case that will not allow it to fit in the designated treadmill / elliptical / exercise machine phone slot. Adding a stand was not going to work. Purchasing a flexible phone holder with a clasp was also not an option, because these flexible phone holders do not work well with large foldable phones, much less foldable phones with a bulky case. Having no other options, I purchased this iFLEX Adjustable Cell Phone Stand. My hope was I could bend it in a way that would allow it to hold my foldable phone. After some creative bending, it worked great! If you have a foldable phone with a case that will not allow you to use the designated slot found on treadmill / elliptical / exercise machines, and if you have a mind adept in solving spatial problems, then this may be a "simple" solution that best fixes the problem. It did for me. But again, you may need to be creative in your bending.

Well made .... but I got these to watch video on a tablet at the gym and unfortunately it does not fit most of the machines I have tried it on. Disappointing.

Exactly what I've been looking for! I've been experiencing neck pain after treadmill workouts where I had to look down to watch videos on my phone. So when I came across this item I decided to give it a try to bring the phone up to eye level. It arrived quickly and it's bendable in all kinds of ways to hold any phone and hook up to any treadmill or elliptical. The silicone material provides good grip so the phone will not slide off if you're running on the treadmill. Highly recommend and I just bought a second one for my partner!

We use this to hold up a cell phone when two people need to look at the screen. You can change the angle easily and it’s light and fits in my purse so I can take it anywhere.
