LOVE-LOVE-LOVE...I just love this lil doggy bag for my fur-baby. The bag can pass for a luxury bag. The bag comes with a bag cover just like most luxury bags. It's durable and good quality. The denim is really nice and the fushia straps makes the bag look so classy. The bag is very roomy, I have a 5 pound Maltese and he has plenty of room to move around. The side pockets have a mesh opening so your pup can look out or you can close the side pockets and no one can see your pup cause the denim covers the mesh on the pocket. Really great feature especially when your traveling In the Airport. My pup is a big fan of this bag too. He knows it's time to go shopping when I pull the bag out and he goes right In.😄 if u have a small dog this is a must have. I get so many compliments on my bag.

I bought 2 of these at considerable discount as Doggydolly is testing out our market to see how their products are going to do in the US. This is a very sturdy, well-made carrying case. It is also really cute! It is smaller than I expected. It is more than adequate for my 6 lb Chihuahua, a bit small for my 11 lb Maltese-poodle mix. I don't think I would buy it for a dog that is larger than about 8 lbs if you want them to have room to move a bit. My Chihuahua was able to figure out how to escape through the top zipper so I will have to secure that zipper in some manner. I think she would feel a lot less stressed if there was openings on the sides for her to see out of, rather than just the front and back. I can attach a short leash to the tether that in on the inside of the case and this will help prevent her from escaping from the top if she get past the zipper again. This way she can look out of the top as they show in some of their pictures. The whole interior is lined in plush material and a little mattress which matches the rest of the interior sits in the bottom. It is easy to remove to washing. The strap is as stated, very comfortable on the shoulder. I will be leaving it out for my little one to go and out of and get used to, so when the time to travel comes she is not stressed out. I am hopeful that DoggyDolly has a good experience in our market as they have a lot more cute items to offer.

I have two Yorkies, 7 pounds each. I bought two of these carriers for an upcoming flight. Unfortunately the snaps that are suppose to keep the side covers up, do not stay snapped. Will need to use large safety pins to keep them up. After putting one Yorkie in the carrier, she popped out within seconds from the top as the zipper does not have any type of safety latch. I am also very concerned about the lack of quality hardware on the handles and the removable shoulder strap - it appears that they can break easily. Overall, I would discourage purchasing these carriers. Although the are very cute, they are lacking the most important of all features - lack of security for your pet.DO NOT BUY THIS bag. Ok, the flight was a nightmare. One of my Yorkies flipped out and chewed her way out of the mesh. Need to get back with Customer service and get a refund.Back from my trip and can only say that it was a nightmare. Two Yorkies, two bags and both broke the mesh and it was a fight to keep them in the bag for a four hour flight. I have called customer service and the representive said that she was the answering service and someone would call me back. Have not heard from the company. So much for customer service these days. Stuck with two useless carriers.

The bag is nice, but it is very short and for a very small dog not a puppy that will grow even a little bit.I have never had the opportunity to use because the zipper keeps coming off track so I never used and tried to get refund against warranty but they will not answer my emails they don't have a contact number. I would have never ordered from someone that doesn't have contact but they have a money back guarantee that they are not honoring. I order from amazon all the time...cute but not functionally worth the money.

Nice to look at, but...the screens on the carrier are made of weak material. It appears to be a thin plastic mesh. Not great if you have a dog that decides to paw on them. My little dog broke through the screen on the first trip out in it, and she wasn't giving the carrier what I would consider rough treatment either. I needed the carrier on short notice to fly home, so I had no time available to ask for a replacement. I travelled with the fabric zippered down over the screen as my make shift fix and tossed the carrier in the garage when arriving home, it won't be used again unless I can figure out a way to replace the screen. I gave the company feedback on my experience and recommended that they look into a mesh with metal content to make it sturdier. The customer rep wrote back promptly thanking me for sharing my experience and saying I would hear back from them shortly. That was over four months ago. I haven't heard another word.My assessment of the carrier: nice looking, great concept, but weak screens ruin the entire product.I don't recommend buying it and I will be looking for a new carrier if I travel next winter. It won't be a Doggydolly product.

I received this carrier for a new puppy. It is so cool! It is made from authentic blue jeans...that is slightly worn...replete with back and front pockets...which might hold very small items (poop bags, small brush?.Zipper open at top. One end unzips to a ventilated soft screen. The other end can be opened completely or you can zip down another ventilated screen. Both ends can be secured by a sturdy snap that keeps the carrier ventilated. Access to place the dog inside is either at the top or one end. Came with a matching shoulder strap. The inside has a soft leopard bottom which is removable. The sides and top are made of the same soft, leopard material without padding. There is a fixed tether cord to secure my puppy's harness. It exceeded my expectations! My puppy arrives tomorrow and we'll be taking it in style!
