I have a asrock micro mother board with two pcie slots. One on either side of the main graphics card slot. I have an Nvidia card in the main slot. The heat sink and fan block one of the pcie slots. I use this to extend the covered slot and connect my elgato capture card. The spacing is very tight, but doable. Unfortunately the stiffness and length don't allow me to fully seat my capture card in the case housing slot in the back. It's not loose, but it doesn't fit right.

This product worked perfect and cleared my video card perfectly.
