Wow
This will only work if you have obstructive Sleep apnea. And It is your tongue that is the problem. I am only 4 days in and the 1st night was painful. Only because I was pushing my tongue right in And the sanction was very strong. It felt like my tongue was being ripped out it felt big and swollen. But over these 4 days I have learned that You don't need to stick your tongue right in there. It only needs to hold on to your tongue At a comfortable position. To stop it from falling back into your throat when your muscles start relaxing. It does take A lot of getting used to. I'm still Waking up with it In my hand A few times through the night I just pop it back on. hopefully that will improve. On my sleep app there is there is no more snoring I am breathing a little loud But hopefully hubby can sleep through that. Yippee i found something that Really works After all these years and trying All different devices. I know it's only day 4 and i hope it stays working and I can get use to it

Painful experience -disappointed
I was hoping for a good nights sleep based on the claims this product promised ,being a heavy snorer , but that’s not what happened unfortunately . I followed the instructions to a tee , but once I applied the suction bulb to my tongue it took on a vice like grip that such was the pain I found myself lying wide eyed and grimacing for much of the entire episode , I did persist however and managed to doze off out of sheer exhaustion but woke with a welt around the tongue and a numb tip due to the pressure of the suction . Finally my snoring app on my phone recorded the worse readings for loudness during it’s use so .....no it sadly didn’t do what it said on the box for me

Painful
I'm not sure whether I have a big tongue or not, but I found this device incredibly painful. I woke up in the middle of the night with a numb tongue.

This may save your marriage if snoring is the problem!
It's not the most comfortable thing to wear however, I now don't keep the other half awake half the night with my snoring (waiting on a Cpap for nearly 2 years for my Sleep Apnea!) and this apparently helps a lot, occasionally it comes out but it's rare and it's giving us both a better nights sleep. This was the last resort I had tried everything else we could think of, I read a review of this and thought I'd buy it as they same the similar to what I put here, if you are in the same boat try it! honestly one of the best things I've bought. I wash it everyday and make sure I've brushed my teeth before wearing it at night and I've had no problems in that respect. It can make the tip of your tongue a little tender in the morning but it goes quite quick.I have M.E. /C.F.S. so that is a good recovery for me as a lot of things can affect me negatively.

Stick with it and see the difference.
It's not pretty and it does take time to get used to it but it is having a positive effect on my obstructive sleep apnea. I was desperate and looked at all the other mouth devices on here. I knew my tongue was dropping into my throat so tried this. It does take a while to get used to ...stick with it and it is very weird when your tongue is clamped in it but I have found you learn to adjust the suction to get comfortable for sleep. After about a month it's only dropped out once. I am sleeping through my mouth as I have a blockage in my nasal passages and still waiting to see a consultant. But this has been approved by ENT and sleep apnea consultant Dr Vik Veer on YouTube. Try it you might be surprised and it's a good price.

Could this be the answer
Have tried everything in my quest to stop snoring apart from surgery and cpap I was hoping this was the answer. In theory how could it not work, pulling the tongue forward to stop the vibration at the back of throat. In practice very much different and so uncomfortable, absolutely no way the pain from 1 hour wearing is going to be repeated in this household especially as I used an app to record my snoring during the period worn and it hadn’t even worked. So to conclude woke up after 1 hour, tongue painful so had to remove it, checked the app hoping that even in the short time period the snoring would have stopped or even reduced but it hadn’t. Would have persevered with the pain if it had.In my experience pain no gain. Avoid! On the plus side it doesn’t half grip the tongue!

It work better than any mouth gaurd
Well this does clamp your tongue but that’s how it works. It is no more uncomfortable than a mouth guard and it won’t move your teeth. So I’ve tried most solutions I sore very loudly. Up to now my zquiet was the most effective but still the wife complained at times I snored. I did as I regularly woke myself. This was my last resort. I don’t think it took that long to get used to it. So far I sleep right through will update laterUpdate. Have been using this for months works very well yes on occasion I need to apply my suction but more often than not it last all night has changed my life. I do need to bye another one as this is starting to change colour. I clean it in regular mouth wash which works well.
