Reading through other reviews, this is an awesome brush. Hands down, YS Park has become my absolute favorite brush. So much so, I bought others for different styling techniques. Let me add this: for my damaged hair, this brush really helps my hair feel and look fantastic. My hair is soft and smooth after using this brush. I go out of my way to brush my hair. Seriously!My hair is aging poorly, frizzy, and dry. It seems to be breaking and my ends are split horribly. My old brush would just collect chunks of my hair, and I could hear my hair break as I brushed it. I purchased this brush and felt the difference right away. My hair brushes nicely and looks great. It feels softer and appears less frizzy. The nylon pins grab the hair without pulling and the boar bristles soften my hair.My understanding is that some YS Park fakes are being sold on Amazon. The price for this right now ($40) is less than the sale going on at the YS Park website, but not by much. This brush does retail for >$100, so if it seems pricey, you can find a genuine brush for a reasonable price.My brush I received does not appear to be a fake (I have another YS Park brush I bought from a distributor). I had a great purchase experience and am extremely pleased with the product I bought. I cannot say enough good about this brush.I need a hair brush fix ...... I gotta go brush my hair ...........

No need to search any longer. This is a perfect blow dry round brush. All the brushes by YS Park are amazing. Holds perfectly, feels amazing : firm hold plus soft brushing. Super happy

I absolutely love this brush. My colorist recommended it based on my particular hair needs, and it felt very splurge-y when I placed the order, but it is DEFINITELY worth the money! No matter what kind of hot mess I had going on before running it through a pass or two, it makes my hair feel like a silk sheet.

Love this brush! This brush was recommended by my stylist and thank goodness. I blowdry my daughter's hair straight and I have a drawer of brushes that are ok, they lack providing tension. This brush offers 2 different kinds of bristles, provides tension and gives a great blowout. I can use this brush along with heat protectant and blowdry my daughter's curly hair straight, no straighter needed.

Works great! Just wish it was a little smaller. 2” barrel is just too big for my hair. But WOW does it live up to the hype!!

Definitely good. I feel I can dry my hair quicker and with a bit less effort. Don’t think it’s super unique, wouldn’t pay this much for another one. I’ve had, as good brushes, for much less. Nevertheless, I’ll enjoy this one as long as it works.

Wow, what a brush! I had this item on my wish list for more than a year, because in my mind I could not justify the $50+ price for a hair brush. Finally, I decided to give it a try. Today was the first-time blow drying my hair with this brush. Oh. My. God. The item is worth every dollar. I have no idea how to style my hair even though specialists in hair salons showed me multiple times. My hair is shoulder length. Just using this brush and no product, I styled my hair and created a beautiful natural wave. Hair is silky and shiny. Run and buy this amazing Japanese brush and never look back. I will see how long it lasts but even if it is just six months - still worth it. THANK YOU.

If you care about your hair, you will definitely start using this brushes! First time I saw it at my hairdresser in Hong Kong and I could feel the difference right away. After few months my ends were not dry as before and my hair was very healthy. That’s why now I’m using this brush when I wash hair on my own and I can highly recommended it.
