Burgers' Smokehouse Sliced and Sealed Country Ham (8-9 lbs)

I like that it comes already portioned. Great country ham flavor. Tender, not boot leather like some other brands. For me, this is the real deal. I think price is fair.

I think Burger Country Ham is the best, I grew up in north east Arkansas, burgers Ham reminds me of my Fathers Hams back then. one of my favorite ways to enjoy the Ham is to fry in a stainless steel pan, after the ham is done Deglaze the pan with black coffee and reduce it by half. i do not use cast iron because the deglazeing may remove seasoning of the skillet. Burger Ham, Redeye gravy, fresh baked Biscuits, Sorghum syrup with Butter, and hot coffee on a cold winter morning, sure brings back wonderful memories.

Becoming hard to find in stores thankfully I can get it delivered right to my door. Burgers ham a couple eggs and a side of hash browns 😋 I'm happy

Loved the country ham, taste great, convenient packaging. Ordered 7 to 8 pound ham. Came in several vacuum sealed packages , so easy to freeze some packs to save for later. Shipping was super fast. Highly recommend. Second time ordering will continue to order every year.
