Living in Hawaii, it is important for our phones to be waterproof. Between the humidity, the corrosion and just life in general, the phone will last much longer with a waterproof case. I have been using waterproof cases for nearly 10 years and this case is the best one I have purchased for my phone so far. Waterproof - YES. I tend to have a light touch with my phones and the screen cover is sensitive enough to be extremely responsive.As for customer service...these people rock. There was a gap between the screen cover and the screen on the first case I ordered. When I sent a question to their customer service, I received a timely response, provided them with a photo of the issue and received a new case in just over a week.

My phone is getting older and I didn't feel like spending the extra cash on a Lifeproof Fre case. I selected this one and didn't have high hopes because of the low price. However, I am pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality. It's VERY comparable in quality and use to the Lifeproof Fre case.Things I love about this case:* The low price!* Excellent quality and looks* Has a raised thick rubbery edge around faceplate that protects the phone from faceplant drops. The same edge on the Lifeproof Fre is much thinner.* The front plastic coating is very responsive to touch. I feel it scratches less than the Lifeproof Fre case front.* Totally waterproof and still waterproof after months of usage.* Does NOT muffle your calls.* The home button membrane is strongly attached to the case. This is generally a weak spot on waterproof cases.* Lifeproof Fre case does look more slim and upscale...However, in my opinion not worth the crazy extra money.My slight cons:* This case uses a hard dial for silencing the phone. It's slightly painful on my finger, I would have preferred a soft button.* Not all aftermarket lighting charging cords fit through the case.One more ultra important thing!Customer service from the seller EFUN was amazing! I thought the case was letting water in after only a month of use. I contacted them and they responded almost instantly. After a few back and forth emails and me, water testing the empty case again WE discovered I had not closed the charging port and that's how water got in.Overall, this is a great case for the low cost compared to the name brands. I never get more than 6 months of waterproof usage from a lifeproof Fre before it breaks down ...This case makes much more sense.

Honestly I was debating on getting a lifeproof case but firgured maybe someone figured it out. This case so far has takin so many beatings, drops, flights, chewings, and spills that it is un fact fully worth 5 stars. I highly reccomned it to the blue collar man as well

i like the matt surface. It makes the case easy to grab and look very nice. No leaks during test. Instructions are complete and straightforward. A lot accessories are good although I may not need all of them. Good to have them at least. One more thing to mention it has a inflated floating thing which make my cell phone visible in the sea. Great for fun.

This is a great case, I love the features and it makes the iPhone SE a little bigger which makes it fit in my hand a little better. I have dropped my phone a few times and it has protected it well. The steel in the case works great with my magnet holder in my car which is an added bonus for sure. my only complaint is why the heck they made the charging port and headphone jack smaller than a lot of after market stuff, especially the head phone jack. I mean it is their design and they chose the plug size, why not make it compatible with all or at least the majority? other than that it is a great fit, looks good and functions well

I have to say that this case is definitely waterproof. I recommend testing it first without your phone in it. I received it yesterday and tested it. Waterproof. I installed my phone and left it submerged overnight. Waterproof. This thing is great. I would also remove your phone and rest it again after a hard drop just to be safe. All buttons work and function screen protector is more responsive than the otterbox defender only negative is the need for an adapter for headphone use. This is provided though so only a minor thing.Update***Had a tiny problem with my purchase..CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT!!The lifetime warranty is on point. They solved my issue in lightning fast efficiency. Great product and warranty!!Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This buries Lifeproof for a fraction of the cost!!

So far so good.Came with a bunch of cool stuff like a stand that hold phone up cloth, a plastic thing to open case easier , a tie for the phone that goes around your wrist , and a awesome inflatable ring that's bright orange so if you drop it on the water it keeps it afloat and you can see where it's at. Way coolAnd the price is great I bought a waterproof case from Walmart once and was not as satisfied. I would purchase again
